as hear from industry experts on best-in-class practices on content creation, revenue, logistics and sales management. The content of the workshops was jointly conceptualised by SIRS and Shopee University, a seller support initiative launched by Shopee in 2015 across its seven markets, to assist local entrepreneurs and businesses in setting up their online businesses, and helping them succeed in an increasingly competitive e-commerce environment. These workshops consist of

an on-boarding session and a marketing session. The on-boarding session provides new and current sellers with an overview of the e-commerce ecosystem, as well as tips on how to improve store performance and content creation. These tips and best practices serve as a way to allow sellers to become well-versed with the industry and acts as a catalyst to turn their passion into a viable business. The marketing
